Dear Mr. Fleischmann;
I recently received a letter stating that Saturn of Renton had changed owners. As I started to read this, my heart fell. I bought my 1999 SC2 from Saturn of Puyallup brand new, but since I lived in Renton, I've always had it serviced at Saturn of Renton. NOT ONCE had I ever had a single oil change anywhere else! In June of 2006, I moved 40 miles south to Orting, but still continued to have the car serviced at Saturn of Renton. I was a die-hard fan.
Having been on the chopping block of corporate takeovers myself, I starting reading your letter in dismay, resigning myself to getting to know Saturn of Puyallup (20 minutes from me). I then got to the paragraph stating that the new management was keeping Kim Meyers on in the Service Department. I was so thrilled to read that... a rush of relief washed over me that I could keep "commuting" for my all service needs!
I never really realized how pleasant it was to coming to Saturn of Renton, until I realized it was Kim and her good nature and cheerfulness. She is a one-of-a-king gem and you're blessed to have her! She's like my hair dresser of 20 years, I'd follow her anywhere!
So thank you for keeping Kim on. Just that act alone has/will keep me a loyal lifetime customer of Saturn of Renton!
